Some Say that Hillbillies chicken is the best chicken in Cork bar none. Hillbillies is definately the place to go after a night on the town. Their own special recipe chicken is gorgeous. And dont forget the gravy, smashing! The original breast in a bun, you have to try it to believe it.Hillbillies on Grand parade does not have much seating,only a few at the counter, if ou would like seating there is also a Hillbillies on Maccurtain Street. The have a varied menu including burgers and several side orders but the chicken is definatly the star of the show here, so if you like your poultry deep fried or in a burger,Hillbillies is for you.
